For me it had a lot to do with retraining my mind and heart for the long term lifestyle of health. The Greater You, Inc. now hosts deeply informative teleconferences with Erik Chopin, Greater Life Coach and Season Three Winner of The Biggest Loser. Kwinten M. Kemp, Founder of The Greater You, Inc and Counselor will also be in attendance. The first of these is the Q&A teleconference. This is a one hour call in which questions fielded, via email by you, the listeners, will be discussed in great detail, revealing many of the vital keys to getting the weight off and keeping it off that Erik has found in his journey to greater fitness and overall wellness. In addition we have an eight week teleconference with Kwinten Kemp, Founder of The Greater You, Inc., in which he takes you personally through the program and workbook “Breaking Barriers to Weight Loss”. This course is designed to help participants retrain their minds for fitness, and to clear out the emotional blocks that stand in the way of developing a lifestyle of wellness. These teleconferences will be fully interactive with the Professional that has developed key concepts for the emotional victory of weight loss.
